Snake Doctor is an elderly warlock. His witch blood grants him some degree of authority in supernatural matters. He performed the wedding between Ogrot and Winifred. Snake Doctor also served as a campaign adviser during Thelonius' 2016 presidential run. His master plan involved resurrecting corpses to generate more votes for the candidate.
